Mutli-Game Courts for Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Pickleball, Roller Hockey and more!
VERSACOURT - The Ultimate Game Court & Accessories for Multiple Sports Activities
If you’re considering the installation of your own personal basketball court, tennis court, shuffleboard court or multi game court at home, turn to the same company that producers rely on for game court expertise when it comes to featuring indoor and outdoor courts on television talk shows and series.
Regis & Kelly
For Regis and Kelly’s “2009 Mothers Dream Come True Show,” VersaCourt helped make a family’s dream come true. The Kilbert family of Clovis, California had recently lost wife and mother Shawna Kilbert to cervical cancer. Among the many goals Shawna had for her family before she passed, giving her family a backyard basketball court was among them. VersaCourt built and installed a custom court for Shawna’s husband Dan and their two boys, Preston and Logan.
“The family has such a touching story,” says VersaCourt President Danny Little. “Shawna’s love for her family and her heroic battle against cervical cancer made it an easy decision for VersaCourt to donate the basketball court, goal, concrete slab, and labor.”
Today Show
For its “Summer Stay-Cations” series, the Today Show featured do-it-yourself projects for homeowners who want to improve their backyards instead of taking summer vacations during a tough economic climate. Impressed with VersaCourt’s contributions to “Landscape Smarts” episodes during her tenure at HGTV, Today Show Story Editor Jayne Ubl-Johnson asked VersaCourt to design and build a small custom mini-court for the Today Show segment.
DIY Network
For DIY Network Show “King of Dirt,” VersaCourt provided a 25 by 30 foot backyard basketball court. In just seven days time they custom-made the court and had it shipped to the site for filming. Only upon delivery did producers realize they needed a smaller court to meet community zoning regulations, at which point VersaCourt modified the court onsite; impressing the DIY staff homeowner alike. In fact, producers were so impressed with VersaCourt that they asked them to design and install a shuffleboard court for DIY show “Yard Crashers.”
“Royal Pains”
For USA Network show “Royal Pains,” much of the filming is at an old castle. One of the episodes was to feature a tennis court, but the existing 60-year-old courts were cracked, unlevel and had no nets. That’s when producers called VersaCourt, asking them to level and fix the subsurface then install a new tennis court over the top. They met the deadline and producers could not have been more pleased.
“We in the film and television industry usually wish for the impossible and while we hope for the best, we tend to expect the worst,” says “Royal Pains” Producer Christine Sacani. “With VersaCourt, we asked for the impossible and [they] came through with flying colors. The work [they] did on this aged and cracking court at Oheka Castle in Huntington and the time frame in which [they] did it, truly was remarkable and needs to be commended.”
All of VersaCourt’s indoor and outdoor courts come with a 15-year warranty, including multi game courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts and more. They’re simple enough to install yourself or you may ask your local dealer to install it for you. For more information, order a VersaCourt sample kit of tiles, color chips of all available colors, slideshow presentation and $50 coupon off your purchase.
