Shipping and Policies
Versacourt strives to process your order within 48 hours of placement.
All deliveries come from our plant in Lamar Mo; arrival time will vary depending on the
product and customization of order. We will email you when you order departs. Average
shipping time is 1 to 8 days in the continental US.
Any delays in shipping will be communicated to you as quickly as possible.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes, APO or FPO Addresses.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order with and before your order ships to receive a full refund.
To cancel, please call (800)540-4899 and speak with a customer care representative.
When your order is received we recommend fully inspecting your items when delivered, reporting any damages to the delivery handler. All claims and disputes must be made to the delivery carrier and our customer service department to ensure proper handling of your return. If you have questions or concerns regarding your return, our customer care representatives are happy to assist to expedite your claim.
Product returned for any reason beside damage must be unused and in new condition. Shipping and 20% re-stocking costs will be deducted from the refund amount as well as any adjustments for less than pristine condition.
We are the sole owners of the information collected. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this policy.
